For our staff awards video we will promoting the college in a good light by portraying its pros through the subject of student support, out first main point of focus within the video will be getting an insight point of view from the teachers that can be somewhat influential. Since our theme is about ‘Student Support’, we will be focused more on the students and teachers to show the main aspect of support between them and relation.

Furthermore, we will be adding a twist to make our video more intriguing to watch rather than a long and boring video.We can include a bit of humor to get the viewers into the video so that they think the video is not all boring and long. Even though one of our ideas is to interview certain people, we will try keep the questions short and simple so that the audiences won’t think it’s just a repetitive interview. In order for our video to be diverse, we will include cinematography of the college and show the facilities. This then creates a better theme since there is more filming in several places rather than in one place all the time just like an interview. Hence forth, we can make the video more like a day in a life which will give the audience a feel of the college and how the staff cooperates with us students as well. This will give them a brief picture of what our college presents as a whole.

For another aspect of the video we will we will give a closer insight to a specific student that receives support from staff to give the viewer a closer understand to what treatment their child will be receiving if they enroll to the college.

On the other hand, we will also do the same for a staff member that can further educate the viewer to what goes on  in the process behind the scenes so the audience can really make a good judgement. However we will also implement a social aspect from the teachers view to show their bright personalities.
