to set up your lighting there are many different ways you can approach this by using light from many different angles, for my video I won’t have a choice to use external lighting because I will be relying on the lighting that I have in my gym and the natural lighting in the football pitch.

Sound:

With sound, there are many ways to get the audio by using things like a shotgun mic on top of the camera, or you can use a small clip-on mic which is really good for interviews and lastly, you can audio record in post-production by making a voice over, etc.
